The Lost Lieutenant by Erica Vetsch is a creepy and compelling thriller. I really enjoyed this book, as it kept me guessing right to the very end. The narrator, Mary Sarah, does a very good job with her voice created for each character she portrays on the audiobook.

It turns out to be his commanding officer who had heard him call for help at the same time that his radio broke down.

From its first chapter, the Lost Lieutenant was captivating - taking me on a journey with Mary Sarah as she tries to uncover the mystery of her missing dad. Erica Vetsch's writing is brilliant and the plot twists are fast-paced and well-executed. As a former police officer herself, Vetsch's ability to show the reader signs that they missed in previous chapters makes it easy for them to continue listening to the story. I'm definitely looking forward to continuing my journey with Mary Sarah as she unravels more mysteries in this addictive suspenseful audiobook!
