Bianca Amato narrates this audiobook which tells the story of an average woman who is struggling with her weight and her husband's controlling behavior. The book is told in a journal-like format with excerpts from the protagonist's internal dialogue and thoughts on what is happening in her life. This audiobook may not be everyone's cup of tea because it is a little bit too much like listening to someone's thoughts but Bianca Amato does an excellent job at bringing out the character's emotions.

This is the 2nd audiobook I have listened to from Tracy Anne Warren. In the first one, The Sweetest Thing, the heroine was kind of crazy and immature but I still enjoyed the book. This one blew me away with how well it was written. The narrator is perfect for this book, her voice is calm and soothing while also being strong and firm when needed and she delivers with emotion.
