Shakespeare for Squirrels: A Novel Free Audiobook Download by Christopher Moore

In this spoof of Shakespeare, author Christopher Moore brings his signature zany style to the world of Shakespeare's most famous and recognizable plays. In a day and age where everything is available as a podcast or audiobook, Christopher Moore was one of very few authors who decided to release his book as an audiobook with narration by the author himself.

Christopher Moore's newest novel, Shakespeare for Squirrels, is a hilariously entertaining and thought provoking read. For anyone who loves the works of Shakespeare but perhaps came to it from a rather casual or non-intellectual point of view, this book is perfect for them. The main character, Oliver Platt, starts reading the plays in college and slowly begins to discover the depths of these stories that have captivated readers around the world for centuries.

"As soon as you wake, get yourself a big hunk of wood" The unrelenting heat drives the squirrels inside, just as their tree has been engulfed by flames. In their desperation for relief, the squirrels resort to cannibalism and murder...and no one is safe from their plans for retribution.

This is a novel by Christopher Moore about a group of squirrels. It follows the adventures of a group of squirrels as they try to figure out what it means to be human, and how they can fit into society. The narrator, 'Euan Morton', does an excellent job at making this book enjoyable and engaging, while still doing justice to the original text.

A must-read for animal lovers, this is not your average Shakespearean novel. Christopher Moore has delivered a funny and delightful story about a squirrel named Hamlet who, in a fit of curiosity, causes the death of the king of the forest.

The author interviews a number of squirrels and learns about their life and habits and even gets to hear them recite lines from Shakespeare's famous plays. As the protagonist, Christopher Moore is learning how to be a better writer in his own life by showing other people how they can live better too.
