If you are bored in your car and looking for something to listen to, Shadowfever is a good audiobook. Set in the world of Forged, it tells the story of Sookie Stackhouse. A cook who gets caught up in a war with vampires, werewolves, and fairies that turns out she's central to the struggle. With plenty of action and an interesting premise, this book was interesting enough to keep me awake while I drove around on my break.

The audiobook is actually a little bit too long, which can be good or bad depending on what kind of person you are. I personally love the audiobooks that last longer as they give me more time to sit and listen. Some people might not be so into the extra length, but I don't mind it at all because the books are good enough on their own to make it worth it for me.
