When I first heard about the book from my sister, I was fairly sure that I would not enjoy it. She knows me well enough to know that the fantasy genre doesn't really do much for me. But as luck would have it, this story has everything. The main character is a strong woman who falls in love with an ice elemental, who is also a thief and criminal on the run. They have lots of adventure and fun, but eventually reach a point where they are challenged by something greater than all of their troubles could ever be
