Scattered Suns Free Audiobook Download by Kevin J. Anderson
Scattered Suns is a science fiction novel by Kevin J. Anderson and the fourth book in the Saga of Shadows. The story revolves around the colonizing of Earth by the Tau Ceti colony ship, which is leading to a new golden age of peace, prosperity, and sophisticated technology. However, as with all things, even utopia has its problems. Scattered Suns takes place almost 200 years after that journey began on Earth. Now the human race is divided into three different species: one called Procyons are humans who've chosen to live out their lives in cryogenic tubes because they believe that life outside cyro-sleep is too dangerous. Another group of humans made from embryos from Tau Ceti are called 'Mildrans' because they were born with mild electrical charges that allow them to repair any damage done to themselves or their surroundings. The third species are called 'Raptors' and they're able to heal rapidly from injury or illness no matter how severe it might be."
