The main character, O'Malley, is certain that he can make his fortune by starting an empire out west. He comes up with a plan to build railroad towns where people can set up businesses for him and thereby increase his wealth exponentially. What he didn't plan on was following the gold rush from one region to another until he ended up as sheriff of a small Western town called Galena.

Scamps & Scoundrels by Eric Ugland is a wonderful story about two tomcats who one day find a lost baby bunny. They take him home, and while they are very different in personality, they decide to work together to keep the little guy safe and secure. It's a great tale that will draw you in with its endearing romance and warm characters.
