Release the Stars is a young adult romance novel. There are some well-written scenes throughout the book that convey emotions, but overall it isn't a very good read. I love how Harper Bliss takes you on her journey of finding herself in this story. The protagonist has to face many challenges and emotional battles, and by the end of the story she finally finds the courage to set out on her own path.
