Path of a Novice Free Audiobook Download by R.K. Lander

The protagonist of the book, known only as Jacob, is a 14-year-old boy dealing with issues that lead him to a life of crime. He is forced to do these things. But he finds out that life can be different than it seemed.

Path of a Novice by R.K. Lander is the story of an amnesiac protagonist who has lost his memory. It's up to him to find out what happened to him and how he can get out of this predicament. The protagonist saves an old woman from drowning, and she gives him a name that starts with 'R.' He must find the book with this name and learn to read it, because without it, he'll never get out of the maze-like building he's been trapped in for some time now.

This is a short story about the path of a novice who has taken on the obligation to learn from the world around them. The narrator speaks in first person, giving insight into his inner thoughts and emotions. Some chapters are narrated by different characters and it follows the protagonist's perspective as he moves through various stages of life.

'A sweet, straightforward coming-of-age story with a unique twist.' 'This is the story of Sam, an orphaned girl who has recently moved to the city, and the journey that follows in her search for belonging and love amidst a changing world.'

The author of the blog "Path of a Novice" narrates this audiobook. It's about his journey towards wisdom and enlightenment in his life. The book reads like a memoir with talk about how he started out as an ordinary person, but then found his way to becoming a monk.

This audio book can be downloaded on the Audible website, and if you are interested in hearing the story narrated by a different voice than the author then I would recommend purchasing it.
