First of all, if you're considering listening to this audiobook, I want to start by saying that the narrator is amazing. He does a fantastic job with the narration of this story. As someone who enjoys reading more than listening, I was bothered by how hard it was to follow when listening to the audio version because it wasn't always easy to tell whether Malik or one of his parents was speaking.
