If you are looking for a new book to listen to, I would recommend the audiobook of Lothaire which is narrated by Robert Petkoff. The narrator does an excellent job of distinguishing the different characters' voices and having them speak at varying volumes. I also think it was important that there were different tones used during the narration so that it isn't monotonous or dull.

It took me a little while to get into this audio, but once I got in, it was quite an alright journey. All of the characters were great and had their own unique personalities, and I think Robert's voice did a good job of portraying them all.
