In this audiobook, there is a lot of dialogue and it is read very well by the narrator. The book starts with a prologue explaining what happens to Becca's mom and how she found her way into a town called Wishcraft after being kidnapped.

Coleen Marlo is a great narrator of audiobooks. She does an excellent job narrating this 'It Takes a Witch: A Wishcraft Mystery' and making it come alive. It's easy to follow and understand the story even when it becomes tough to listen to.

It takes a witch to find a murder victim in the Appalachian town of Wishcraft, where magic is real and the best way to get what you want is with a charm or spell. The tale begins when six-year-old Abigail finds a dead body in the woods and sets off an investigation with her new friend, Zoey. They become embroiled in a world of witches, spells, and potions that leads them to discover things about themselves as well.

Sabrina is a witch who has taken the job of being assistant to a medium. She is not sure she wants to help people who have lost loved ones talk with them again, but she needs the money. Plus, she can't resist the mystery that has been created for her. Her boss claims that their company is involved in a big case and that Sabrina might be able to help them catch an evil witch.

The audiobook `It Takes a Witch: A Wishcraft Mystery` is narrated by the author, Coleen Marlo. The narrator brings to life each character and their personality in a way that kept me hooked into this book. I could feel the raw emotions of all of the characters as I listened. This is definitely one of my favorite books to listen to!
