This audiobook is narrated by Rachel Dulude and was recorded in English. I enjoyed listening to the story from the beginning to the end, but it did contain some mildly inappropriate language which is why I cannot give it a five-star rating.

So far, I have read three of this author's books and enjoyed each one. The main character is a carpenter in the military who has a tough life and is running away from his problems. He meets this gal and they fall in love. There are some twists and turns but he decides to settle down with her. The book is told from his point of view, so you get to know how he feels as things develop and doesn't let on that anything is wrong until it all falls apart...
