Flipcup Free Audiobook Download by Kim Hartfield
Flipcup is a story about a girl named Skye who was born with the "flip" gene, which makes her unusually flexible. Skye's dad disowned her when she was 12 because of this and now lives in poverty, working at a gas station. At 16, Skye learns that she has been accepted into the academy to become one of the best flip-floppers in the world!
Flipcup is a feel good novel about the summer that Abby's best friend, Kelly, becomes engaged to the man of her dreams. The wedding is just three weeks away and planning for the big day has been dragging on. To make matters worse, Abby's mom decided it would be a nice idea to take her entire family on a cruise during the time of her wedding so that everyone could get ready without distractions.
Flipcup is a light, funny, and quick-moving summer read. It features an urban girl who's forced to buy her first car and take it for a test run in the very rural Midwest town where she's about to live. The book was written by Kim Hartfield and was published by Balzer + Bray (2011). Flipcup is narrated by two people, Abby Craden and Angela Dawe.
Angela Dawe's narration is so well done! She has a very pleasant voice, and she makes the reading extremely easy to follow. Abby Craden's narration of Flipcup is also great. It's easy to tell when each character speaks, and her voice is perfect for this type of story. I loved both narrators' performances in this audiobook!
Flipcup has you playing a game of basketball with your hands as the rim. With just a flick of your wrist, this five-board flipcup game makes you a winner.
Flipcup is a new, quick and fun novel by Kim Hartfield and it's the perfect read for anyone looking to get their mystery reading fix.
