However, one of these visitors, an old man named Jarl, turns out to be working for the Black Wolf. As soon as Jarl learns that, he sends two Black Wolves to kidnap Erak from his post and then orders dozens more Black Wolves to attack all seven camps. John Flanagan has created a series of great story-driven adventures in this epic fantasy series. The books are broken down into years, and read like a continuous story with the same protagonist. You can listen to all of the books as they are released or listen to them all in succession which is really really cool.
