Kate and Sam's voices blended wonderfully in this audiobook. It was told from both their point of view and really added a unique twist to the story. The main character, Emily, has some serious anxiety issues that she deals with on a daily basis. This makes it even more hard for her to find love after finally ending her long-term relationship with a guy that she loved more than life itself.

I have been doing a lot of reading lately and I am really enjoying it! I have found that audiobooks are the perfect way to get through a lot of books quickly and they make me work in those "long lunch" hours. I had heard about Marie Force, so I decided to give her book a go.

Katherine 'Kate' Evan is a successful songwriter who has it all-fame, wealth and a devoted personal assistant whose name is Jack Webb. Kate's public life is just one facet of her endless entertainment-focused life. When she meets Jack, her life starts to change in ways that she never thought possible.

The audiobook is narrated by two of the main characters from the book, Kate and Sam. They are both in their early twenties and have been best friends since they were children. They have been through everything together and would go to any lengths for each other, but now that Sam is getting married to her boyfriend of four years, Kate is feeling left out and unsure of herself. In the beginning of the audiobook, you get to hear how much fun Kate had growing up with Sam. The narrator's voices are very distinct, so there was no confusion on who was talking at any given time.

The narrator of this audiobook, 'Kate Genevieve', has the perfect voice for a book full of crazy antics and disastrous dates. Imagine listening to a story that is only 1/3rd accurate, yet has you laughing so hard that it's contagious.
