Christina J. Michaels narrates this historical romance, which is filled with heartbreak, romance, intrigue and a dash of danger. The author does a fantastic job of bringing her characters to life through dialogue and narration qualities. She includes vibrant descriptions that make it easy for the listener to visualize what's happening without getting bored or confused. 'Justine Eyre' does an equally wonderful job of lending her voice to the story and captivating the reader's attention from the first word to the last.

As a fan of historical romance, I have to say this book is so much more than what I expected. The author has not only managed to grab the audience with her beautiful writing style but also with her attention to detail and backstory. The reader will quickly fall in love with the main couple as well as the supporting characters. It was hard for me to put this book down once I started listening and it is one that I know everyone else should listen too!

'Justine Eyre' is the narrator of the audiobook and does a phenomenal job. The narration flows beautifully, and you can hear her emotions easily. 'Justine Eyre' really brings to life all of the characters, and I loved that she did all voices for them.

Many people may not know about Christina J. Michaels or her work, but I promise you, if you are looking for something different and fresh, Christina J. Michaels is your woman! One of the biggest things that drew me to this audiobook was the narrator, Justine Eyre. She was amazing in my opinion! Her voice flowed flawlessly with the story and made me feel as though I were experiencing all of the emotions along with the characters.
