In the second story, Captain Underpants is at a local carnival when a flying saucer crashes and the extraterrestrials inside ask for help. In order to make sure that their visit doesn't interfere with the town's fun, they disguise themselves using costumes and start playing games over-the-top of the carnival. The school bully, Mr. Krupp's, son turns out to be one of the aliens and he starts causing trouble.

After a villainous plan by Professor Poopypants is foiled by Captain Underpants, he gets captured by Mr. Krupp's goons who have been ordered to take him to his private bathroom.

It starts off with a strange radio broadcast that sounds like it is coming from the bottom of the ocean. The radio broadcasts tell people to stay inside and not panic but they don't mention why. But then, everyone starts hearing footsteps on the ground in their house and they start to feel an overwhelming pressure as if someone is standing on their chest. Suddenly, doors start opening up and talking toilets come out of them!
