One of the audiobooks I was considering to listen to is Always Dakota by Debbie Macomber. Dakota is a young woman who thinks she's found her dream job as an event planner until she meets her boss, Keeney. Keeney repeatedly takes advantage of Dakota, forcing her to do things that would make even the most lenient boss furious. He does this because he's been in love with her for years and he doesn't want her to leave him for someone else.

Dakota wants nothing more than to be a country girl, but she's far too smart for that. She has no sense of direction and doesn't have a clue how to make her way through life. Destiny is on her doorstep, she just needs to open the door. Then she meets Luke, and his sweeping love story sweeps Dakota off her feet and into the amazing world of Always Dakota.
