Jack Garrett, the main character in this book, is a con man. He is good at what he does and has been for some time now. He has a good job, a successful family and doesn't have much personal baggage to carry. But when his latest con goes wrong and he gets caught by his nemesis, Johnny Maguire, Jack has to convince him that the only way to avoid jail time is to do one final con: catch Johnny's boss on the same level of crime they were just committing together.
