A New Hope Free Audiobook Download by Robyn Carr

A New Hope is the first book in the Virgin River series by Robyn Carr. It follows a woman, Stella Turner, who has left her abusive husband with three children and runs away to Virgin River after she saves a man from being shot. She finds herself in Virgin River where she meets Joe King, an ex-con with two children, who becomes instrumental in helping her and her family find their way back to safety.

A new hope is a story about the life of a woman who has lost everything but her own mind and the love of her husband and children. The story is narrated by Therese, who takes on a new identity for herself in order to find happiness again.

'Therese Plummer' captures the listener's interest with her authentic southern accent throughout the audiobook. She has a different voice for each character which is not only engaging, but it makes the listener feel as if they are apart of the book.

As a final "oh my goodness," this is the perfect book to read with your kids and loved ones. I'd like to believe that by reading it, it will give them hope and make them see that life can get better even after you've hit rock bottom.

I'm a huge fan of Robyn Carr's books and this book is no exception. It is the first in a new series that starts with Hope's daughter returning home to help care for her bedridden mother. There is some mystery, but mostly it is an easy read full of moments that leave your heart racing and breathless.

After years of being married to a man who was not worthy of her, Therese Plummer finally found her true love. Caleb Carr was handsome, charming, and had great family values. He was everything she looked for in a man. When tragedy struck, leaving them both widowed within months of each other; Therese and Caleb got together. They even moved in together, wanting to be with each other as much as possible.
