Two Kinds of Rigidity Free Audiobook Download by J.-M. Kuczynski

Rigidity is a powerful phenomenon. It can happen to anyone. Doing certain things doesn't necessarily make it go away, but it does become less of an issue when you're aware of it and are willing to work through the challenging times.

In Part One of this book, Dr. Kuczynski finds that there are two kinds of rigidity: physical and mental. The author also discusses how one can determine which form of rigidity to tackle first before getting the whole story down.

Though rigidity may be associated with the idea of inflexibility, it is not always a negative trait. Rigidity can also refer to something that is deprived in fluidity or palpability- something stiff or rigid. This essay talks about how people may have a "rigid" way of being and describes how these rigid mannerisms may limit one's potential for happiness and fulfillment.

Two Kinds of Rigidity is a gripping and immersive exploration of the effects of time on our physical world. The novel opens with the discovery of a new species that has been found frozen in a glacier, depicting how life became trapped as it evolved, unable to evolve further, while simultaneously chronicling the journey taken by two scientists as they attempt to change history.

Rigidity can mean different things depending on the context. There are two kinds of rigidity which are somatoform and also known as psychological rigidity. Somatoform rigidity is defined as a somatoform disorder, which is characterized by bodily symptoms of anxiety and distress without any organic basis or physical cause. Psychological rigidity is defined as being rigid in thought and feeling without any physical sign or cause and not changing no matter how much effort has been put into changing it.
