Tools of Engagement: A Novel Free Audiobook Download by Tessa Bailey

Tools of Engagement: A Novel is the first book in a new trilogy about three women who are close friends and decide to go into business together. They start their own company, named 'Tools of Engagement' which helps people get engaged by providing solutions for their wedding planning needs. One day, one of the ladies goes on a date with a guy that she later learns is a major part owner in the company that she works for. As she starts to get embarrassed about how her past might affect her future, it begins to tear apart their friendship and work relationship.

Charlotte North is the narrator of this novel and has a very unique voice. She sounds like she's from the South, with a hint of a British accent. I'm so glad I listened to this audiobook instead of reading it because her voice really made me feel inside the story and understand everything more fully. It was also pretty cool to hear an audiobook that was narrated by a woman rather than a man, which I really appreciate.

Tools of Engagement by Tessa Bailey is the story of a young woman, Jules, who has never been in love. But, when she's unexpectedly thrust into business relationships with her boss and her coworkers, she must learn to use tools of engagement in order to survive.

The story follows the life of Brooke O'Neill, a college student who has a love of writing and journalism. After she falls for one of her professors, she's faced with the challenges of juggling being an ideal college student and getting close to her professor. The novel is set in the book world and talks about different aspects about publishing a book as well as what it takes to be an author.
