A few years later, Narnia has taken to prostitution because she cannot find a job and still has not received any word about her lost love. Till We Have Faces is a myth retold by C.S. Lewis. A young girl who has lost her way in the forest meets and befriends a Lion. The Lion helps to guide the girl back home but gives her only one day of his life to do so. When it is time for him to go, he says that she must find other things in their forest that have faces - like flowers, trees, rocks and stars - and make them into people for him before he returns.

C.S. Lewis' retelling of a myth from Plato's "Symposium" is another allegorical story that has been retold many times through out the years that still continues to captivate readers and listeners today. In Till We Have Faces, Lewis puts a human face on the myth, telling his own version of it from the perspective of one who has suffered from love addiction.
